At NSL, safety is planned into every stage of our work—from tender and design coordination through to erection, handover, inspection, alteration and dismantling.

We work closely with clients and site teams to identify risks early, agree responsibilities and ensure every scaffold remains safe and fit for purpose.

Our approach includes:

• Work carried out by trained and competent scaffolders, with appropriate supervision
• Project-specific SSSPs, SWMS, risk controls and rescue planning
• Scaffold handover before use and regular inspections by competent persons
• Toolbox talks, equipment checks and incident reporting
• Engineered scaffold design where required
• Clear communication with clients and other contractors

Our health and safety processes are supported by BWARE and managed in line with New Zealand legislation, WorkSafe guidance and industry good practice.
